The Toxic Tooth: How a root canal could be making you sick

If you think root canals aren’t anything to worry about (well, except for the possible discomfort and expense), a new book by Robert Kulacz, DDS and Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD is a must-read. The Toxic Tooth: How a root canal could be making you sick delivers exactly what the title promises: A surprising, powerful exposé of one of dentistry’s most common procedures.

Discover the danger behind root canal procedures

Using scientific evidence that will be easily understood by both laymen and professionals, Kulacz and Levy explain why the root canal procedure is fundamentally flawed and how root canal-treated teeth introduce a steady stream of disease-promoting toxins into your body. (You’ll be shocked by the procedure’s massive failure rate, which is documented in the dental industry’s own journals!)

You'll be shocked by the procedure's massive failure rate!

The authors also shine a revealing spotlight on why, despite the link between root-canal treated teeth and degenerative medical conditions like heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, and even cancer, mainstream dentistry and medicine have yet to acknowledge the connection. And don’t worry; The Toxic Tooth also explains how you can “save your smile” without opening wide for a root canal.

FREE CHAPTER!

Some have attempted to validate the safety of root canal procedures by pointing to the hundreds of millions of these procedures that have been performed over the last 50 years. That arguement cannot bear logical scrutiny. Tens of trillions of cigarettes have been purchased and smoked in the US during the same time period. Does that prove that inhaling cigarette smike is actually safe?

For a limited time, you can get a free chapter from the book The Toxic Tooth.

Scientist have tested thousands of teeth for infection and toxicity following a root canal. Tests clearly demonstrated that:

  • All extracted teeth previously subjected to root canal treatment still contained pathogenic microbes and toxins.

  • All of the extracted root canal-treated teeth were impossible to disinfect, even with sterilization methods that cannot be employed while a tooth is still in the mouth.

About  the Authors

Robert Kulacz, DDS

Dr. Kulacz received his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry, and he received post-graduate training in implant surgery and implant restoration sponsored by Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn N.Y.

He abandoned much of his traditional dental practice after learning of the risks of some of the dental procedures he was performing. His first book, The Roots of Disease, with co-author Dr. Tom Levy was published in 2002. It introduced many of the concepts that The Toxic Tooth now greatly expands upon.

For 12 years Dr. Kulacz and Dr. Levy have contended that there is more than sufficient evidence to link root canal-treated teeth and disease. Rather than admitting that the issue is worthy of honest investigation, however, opponents have countered, as recently as 2014, with generic statements.
